The News Subscription link has been added to the ESA MAAP Portal,
enabling users to stay informed and up to date with the latest platform news and updates.

• Catalog:
  1) Queryables names changed ensuring alignment with the STAC API specification (refer to Changes to the queryable names into a near-future version of the ESA MAAP Catalog – ESA MAAP Portal)
  2) The Catalogue supports searching/filtering for “offerings” queryable for the remote collection (e.g: EOCAT collections) (https://catalog.maap.eo.esa.int/doc/stac.html#additional-search-parameters).

• Explorer: Enhanced Catalog integration and minor performance optimizations.
• PAL: Introduced systematic processing on Intellect, enabled Podman support in Experiments, and improved the user experience regarding cloud resource monitoring (https://portal.maap.eo.esa.int/ini/kb/books/collaborative-environment-pal/page/general-aspects).

The Long Lasting Token now remains valid for 90 days instead of 10 hours – link to usage help.

Keys are now named using file extensions to ensure each file can be retrieved unambiguously. When duplicates remain, keys are alphabetically ordered and numbered (_1, _2).
